Welcome to Wistia flow

Overview:

Over three years, I turned Wistia's welcome flow into an experimentation engine, then designed and coded its 2026 version myself.

• Impacts:

  • +70% purchase rate from one onboarding question

  • 2x users adding brand assets

  • 100% rollout of a UI I built in React, with every guardrail held

• What I did: designed every version from 2024 to 2026, shaped and designed the experiments, and in 2026 wrote and shipped the front-end code with Claude Code and Cursor

• Team & time: sole designer with a PM and engineers · 2024–2026
