Responsibility at Plume

Plume Design, Inc. is a SaaS company that provides self-optimizing, smart WiFi services, visibility, and network control for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and their subscribers, including personal households and small businesses. The company offers 2 product suites:

  • The B2B side offers a SaaS experience platform for Communications Service Providers, designed to deliver innovative and personalized digital experiences. The platform offers four suites Signal, Panorama, Frontline and QuerySight for various use cases including connected homes, multi-dwelling units (MDUs), small businesses, and more.

  • The B2C side offers HomePass and WorkPass, AI-driven WiFi solutions aimed at enhancing the digital home experience. These solutions provide continuous improvement to avoid interruptions.

As a product designer at Plume, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the entire design process for the Frontline product, as well as the Portal Web App that serves as the access gate to all of the B2B product lines.

Frontline UI work examples

  • Health check dashboard

    An overview dashboard that provides CSPs (Communication Service Providers) a birds-eye view of a particular service location.

  • Traffic class

    With the aim to improve the traffics and prevent congestions, this tab was created to monitor and control/ set priorities for all devices connected to the customer’s network.

  • QoE

    This dashboard is to provide CSPs with overall view of AI-rated scores of how the network was performing on each individual device.

  • Guard (Light mode)

    Frontline product 2 modes: light and dark. Seen here is Guard, a feature that allows CSPs to monitor and control the harmful contents on the customer’s network, in light mode.

  • Topology (Light mode)

    A visualization exercise/feature that Plume offers to its CSPs customers. It allows CSPs to easily monitor and manipulate the devices connected to Plume pods.

  • LTE (Light mode)

    A simplified overview of LTE and ISP usage with categorized devices.
